This is a pick-up service through a logistics company upon the service application.
The product will be checked and repaired and delivered to the customer.
- If the product is damaged by the user or after the warranty expired, the round-trip delivery fee will be charged.
- Please keep the product package after receiving the product for an efficient service process.
- The repairing and parts fees may be charged in some cases even during the warranty period.
- If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective within 72 hours after the customer receives the product (excluding any damages or defects caused by the use of the product), we will exchange the product free of charge.
