Product Payment Information

If you make a large payment, the credit card company might call to you to confirm the payment for a safety reason. If the order is determined to be abnormal such as using a stolen card or ordering products under someone else’s name, the order can be suspended or cancelled at our discretion.

For a bank transfer to pay for the products, you can make an online deposit via computer or mobile phone or make a deposit by telephone or at a bank in your neighborhood. The name on the purchase order and the name of the depositor must be the same, and the payment should be made in seven days. Otherwise, the orders without payment will be automatically cancelled.

When It Is Exchangeable or Returnable

- Within seven days from the day you received the product. For home appliances, if the package is opened or damaged that leads to value loss, the product cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Within three months from the day you received the product or service if the product or is different or performed differently from the content indicated or advertisement, within 30 days after knowing the fact

When It Is Not Exchangeable or Returnable

- If the product is destroyed or damaged for a reason that the customer is held accountable for, except that you damaged the package to check the product
- If the package of the product is opened or damaged that leads to value loss
(e.g. Home appliances, food and record. Any return/exchange on defective pixel of laptop, LCD monitor and digital camera with LCD will be subject to the criteria defined by the manufacturer.)
- If the product value is significantly decreased by the use or consumption of the product by the customer. For cosmetic products, only if the trial product is provided.
- If the product value is significantly decreased over time to the extent it is hard to sell the product again
- If the package of the replicable product is damaged
